- Description
- Sufficient intake of water is an extremely important part of our daily lives, which we often fail to realize. On most days of our busy schedules, we unintentionally drink less water than our body requires, which results in a wide range of health problems. On the other hand, technology is advancing at a rapid pace, enabling breakthroughs to be achieved in every walk of life, and these breakthroughs may be utilized with the end goal of improving the quality of life. One such effort is performed in this research in pursuit of a solution to the issue of ensuring a sufficient daily intake of water.
